You guys, this is one of my favorite procrastination links, so I thought I'd share it with y'all.
People send in anonymous postcards they've made with secrets on them.

Okay, kids! It's time to liven this sucker up! So I'm giving you a CHALLENGE! *DUN DUN DUNNN*
Your challenge is to post here. Hehehe. Good challenge huh? Oy. I suck. Let's think of something fun that we should do with this! Like...say...we all have toooo...um....dudes, I suck at this. LETS SAY SOMETHING COOL WE LEARNED. I learned that the taste buds in the middle of your tounge don't actually taste anything. It's neato! Rub something in the middle of your tounge! You won't taste it! WOW.
Hey hey, does anyone know what the musical is? I mean, the second one. Not the second one, since S-E only does one, but Mr. Zona's second choice. Hahaha Ellen was askin me about it. Ashley Butler as well.
Has anyone heard much about the OM teams? Who the coaches are and the problems and all that jazz? I haven't talked to many people. I suck at keeping in touch. Even with my hallmates hahaha putting me in a single probably wasn't such a good idea. I'm like a little hermit!
2 weeks, kids. Love you all SO MUCH. Current Mood: bouncy

Woohooo! It's almost the weekend! And not just any old weekend...Columbus Day weekend! You lucky S-E kids get a four day weekend, and I am wayyy jealous. I really really really wish I was going home this weekend to see everyone...I miss you all like mad! When do we have to change our clocks for daylight savings time? Yuck, ya know that feeling when you have too much sugar and it burns your throat?? This fudge is killing me! Ahhh! Current Mood: relaxed

So I figured I would post in this now that I am here.
Um, college is okay.
Not really as bad as I thought or as great as I hoped.
My classes are ridiculously hard.
I see now why everyone keeps saying that getting as low as a 3.0 means a great deal here at good ole Geneseo.
I'd rather be home though Current Mood: dorky

Okay, now that Troy, Tim, Anna and I are off at college, we can definitely get this party started. I'll start by saying that I miss everyone very much, but I'm okay. Mary Alyce visited me yesterday, which was fantastic, because I hadn't really gotten a chance to say goodbye to her. Well, that's about all that's going on over here. Upperclassmen are moving in today, and classes start tomorrow, which I'm a little bit worried about, but I'm sure it'll be fine. So tomorrow I have intro to psychology from 9:30-10:30, Intro to German from 11:30-12:30, and then Improv class from 2:00-4:45. Sounds like fun! Well, leave me comments, or new posts about the goings on! Current Mood: numb

Perhaps I made it too early. There's only really any point to it once we all leave, which isn't for about a month (or 27 days in Tim and I's case) soooo, until then, it will probably be pretty boring. Current Mood: chipper

Where's the love?
Ok, this community is lovely and all, but I think we need to spice it up.
I'm bored. Current Mood: crazy

Orientation and the like
WOW! I LOVE COLLEGE SO FUCKING MUCH!!!
That might be a tad bit of exaggeration, but 80% of it was all good. I made friends. I have a schedule. (No classes friday afternoon! WOO!) I even have a freaking little ID card majig. I'm also scared crapless. But anywho, I am totally crap tired cause I stayed up talking to way funny roomate until 2:30 in the morning and then dragged myself up at the crackbutt of dawn to shower. AHHHH. Anyway. Something should be happening tonight, cause I miss people that I can talk to with out saying "Hi, I'm Laura. Where are you from? Ah, thats cool, I'm from ______. Yeah, more cows than people type deal. Whats your major? Oh, math, thats impressive! No, I'm undeclared myself. Yes. Lovely talking to you. I will meet up with you later."
They are great people, and I met many that went beyond that, but I am longing for familiarity! Yes. I am gonna go write about all of this shit in MY journal now. Tee hee!
(I just reread that, and I sound like a fucking moron.)
I'm not usually. Current Mood: excited

the wandering drummer ...
first off i must say this community was an awesome idea. now for what i've been up to ... for the past year i have done a lot of work with Brian Premo (formally of the band Shade) ... basically just acoustic music. since this past winter however my main focus has been my work with August Down, a brilliant pianist that i can only think to compare to Tori Amos. and now the other news ... since the music scene in Utica is well dead ... i'm relocating with August to Albany, so we should be playing shows out there within a month or so, i'll be sure to keep you all up to date. Current Mood: optimistic
Lucy told me to post so that she wouldn't look like a moron by being the sole member who decided to post. So, um, I'm just doin my job. But I dont really have anything to talk about. How about...ACK! Laura's going to her freshman orientation tomorrow! Good luck Laura! Current Mood: sleepy
